How is it select fire? The lower in the MP5 doesn't determine the modes of fire the trigger pack inside does. Despite how the lower is marked a semi auto trigger pack (which is the only one that will fit that lower since it's clipped to clear the semi-shelf welded to the receiver) will be safe-semi-semi-semi.

Also after looking at the auction again that is NOT a pistol. it has a front grip on it and there is no stock so he created an illegal AOW and is violating the NFA. Oops!
