Cannot access NES from Droid Cloudflare message checking browser

Just started having an issue trying to get on NES from my Galaxy phone. I get redirected to a page that says:

Please allow up to 5 seconds.

WTF is this and how do I fix/remove it?

Do you get redirected to the site after waiting up to 5 seconds?

This is network protection we've had in place for a number of years - it's currently in elevated protection status due to an increase in suspicious behavior.

These things come and go as network security incidents spike - if you do see it in the future, it should be temporary... but nothing to be alarmed over.
