Can't upload.

Every time I try to post something, whether from Twitter or a picture, I just can't seem to upload. It could go on a half hour and I can't get out of it and move on to something else. There doesn't seem to be a way around it. All cookies, browsing history, cache, etc. have been cleaned and still dealing with this....bummer.

I've been able to make posts in other areas of the forum and it appears that I can't post anything dog related. No idea why but nothing I do uploads in the canine thread.
