Case law, storing gun in vehicle on company's property.

I heard that there is a case law in the state of Massachusetts about storing a weapon in your private vehicle while on company's property when company does not allow weapons on their property.

Anyone know where I might find more info on this case law?

Since Massachusetts has no law regarding signage forbidding firearms, what exactly might the charge have been? Aggravated mopery?

If its against company rules you can get fired, but the state or local police can't do anything because you are not breaking any laws.
