When did CCI change their SV bullet from a light grey to a dark grey/black bullet?

And why?

Think it's just graphite helps reduce lead dust and they don't put lube on them much anymore.

Good be some other stuff they coat them with ?
The new Anglia I just picked up are darker than the stuff I got in 2010
