Hoping to get some general information on joining some Central Mass Gun Clubs/Ranges.
Any information is greatly appreciated. Looking for both pistol and rifle.

Thank you....

Worcester Pistol and Rifle is where I go. They're in Boylston. If you're interested there at all you should head over next Thursday to their quarterly orientation meeting. It's free to attend but required to join.
25,50,75,100 yard rifle on one range, 25,50,75,100 foot pistol on another and an open action pit between. We also have an indoor 50 foot pistol range. First year membership is about $190 IIRC. No work requirement. Each year after that is $188 with the opportunity to work off $88 of that with 8 hours of work.
Next meeting to join is first Thursday in May.

Thanks for the replies guy's...
I will check them out for sure.

Is there age limits for memberships? Family memberships?

Have a young son I would like to teach as well as my wife.

southborough rod and gun has a meeting tomorrow night. if you like the club you can put in an application that night. they do have jr. memberships, but i am not sure what the exact details are on the family membership.

Brass:

As KP says, Southborough Rod & Gun Club www.srgclub.com is family friendly.

Your membership covers your spouse and kid(s). There is an active Junior Rifle program ( winter) and a Junior Trap Program (now).

If you want to do the teaching, that's fine, too.

There's also archery, stocked trout pond,and a primitive camp...it's pretty cool,actually.

Many of the families are multi-gernerational here ( grandpa, dad, kids).

If you're around Tuesday, a trip to the Club for the meeting will answer many of your questions.
