Apparently, USA Today thinks that this is one of the possible modifications. Where do I get one?

That would make the combined device really lousy as a gun, and really lousy as a chainsaw. Imagine trying to use a rifle or chain saw that is that heavy in front. Wow that would suck.

Wow. It is real?? Looks as horrible as I imagined it to be. A real chain saw would hack off branches that thick in 1 second, and be easy to hold. Oh, and have that brake thingy that shuts it off if it kicks back at you.

If MA laws allowed the chainsaw bayonet it would probably be electric only, no more than 18" in length and 100' cord max. NH would be gas up to 5' chainsaw.
