(Mods, feel free to move this. I put it here because the value of a buck goes hand in hand with getting by, day-to-day & long-term.)

My wife & I went to IKEA in Stoughton last night. It was dinner time so we hit the cafeteria. Pasta & meatballs, side salad, & garlic bread, $4.99. Not a bad deal by itself except it was buy one, get one free!

Big serving, salad is as much as you can fit in the bowl, and goodly slice of garlic bread. So, we ate for $5 (plus drink) and the food is good. I don't know how long the deal lasts but if you are nearby and it is lunch or dinner time, check it out.

(I also bought a 20" by 20" x .75" lipped butcher block made in Romania for $10. It is the basis for a portable workbench top.)
