Classroom Rental in Littleton - Reasonable Rates

I've set up a conveniently located, fully appointed 16' x 32' classroom that I will rent to instructors, groups, clubs, or anyone that needs to host a gathering of people. (Your event does not have to be 2A-related). The location is firearms-friendly, and there are FFLs on site if needed.

• Seating for up to 20 people (two people per 6' table)
• A flat screen with an HDMI hook-up
• WIFI
• Pantry with small fridge and microwave
• Restrooms across the hall

All of this can be yours for $20/hour on weekdays (4 hour minimum), or $25/hour on weekends also with a 4 hour minimum).

The address is 410 Great Rd, Littleton, MA (a few hundred yards from Exit 31 on I-495).

I'll be setting up a website for booking, but until then, PM me if you'd like to rent it.
