club recommendations...

I live in Arlington Ma looking for some recommendations on clubs...

my top picks so far are Mass Rifle in Woburn and Braintree Rifle and Pistol. I have shoot at Mass rifle with my friend who is a member. My other friend recommended Braintree Rifle and Pistol. Braintree is further away but it seems to offer comparable ranges for almost half the price $75 initiation + $100 dues vs $125 initiation + $170 dues. I only plan on shooting maybe a handful of times a year. Anyone have experience at both? Is MRA worth the extra money? Also looking for other club recommendations.

I would suggest Harvard Sportsmens. It is not far away and offers everything.

That's not a bad suggestion since he can head out Rt 2.

BRP has exceptional pistol ranges but only a 100 yard rifle range. Depends on if that works for you or not.

No, You have to attend a Thursday evening 6:30-7:30 meeting to join, then a safety meeting the following Sunday and that is it.

Yes. 50 ft indoor pistol range. I wanna say it's 8 lanes wide, but don't quote me.

Yes they do. It's open to members 24/7. It also provides access to the men's room on the basement floor and the lady's room and the rest of the clubhouse on the first floor.The kitchen is locked when not in use.

Wayland Rod & Gun Club is another alternative. Our facilities are limited, but we are much closer than Harvard (which is an outstanding club with incredible facilities).
