He’s accused of selling 73 guns, 59 of them loaded, to an undercover cop between July 17, 2020 and Dec. 22, 2021 — while apparently keeping up a 3.5 GPA for at least part of that time.

Why didn't they just bust him the first time instead of knowingly allowing him continue to sell guns illegally for SIX Months ???
Were they running short of "throw down" guns ???
If he sold 73 guns to just that undercover cop alone, are we supposed to believe the cop was his only customer ???
How many more did he sell to street thugs that ended up being used in crimes ???

“The NYPD worked diligently to intercept these deadly weapons before they hit our streets,” Clark said in a statement. “Bronxites are dying from gunfire and we cannot tolerate one more illegal gun in our community.”

Which is why they waited to arrest him until after he'd sold them SEVENTY-THREE guns.
As Zappa said, how many more did he sell?

There's more to this story than made the printed article.

It looks like they took their cues from TV and movies. "I've been undercover for 200 years. WE've got miles of tape with this guy doing illegal stuff. Video of his hacking off his nephew's head, Supreme Court Justices who will testify they watched him cart cocaine off of a go-fast boat. Why can't we prosecute him?"

"Stick in there, Joe. It's not enough. All of that won't hold him for an hour with his attorney." [rofl][rofl]

Austin Peay State University is ranked #30 out of #42 in Tennessee for quality and #24 out of #36 for Tennessee value.

This means it is below average in educational quality and yet priced much higher than it should be.

That describes pretty much every college/university in existence though, so that's not really saying much.

If it was MA all he'd have to say was that he needed to support his family because of Covid impact and he'd at least get no bail.

Why the hell did the cop buy 73 guns from the guy over the course of a year and a half? Was it to make it moar illegaler? Imagine seeing a whore for a year and a half as an undercover cop and taking in her services only to bust her after being a nightly regular all that time.

Crime is profitable. For the police. Which is why they not only don’t have any incentive to stop it, but legitimate incentives to perpetuate it.
