Colt 1911

I'm tring to find info on a 1911. According to the Ser # it was manufacture in 1918 USMC model. Were these ever parkerized or is this an indication of a refurb? How does it affect the value?

I found the blue only info. Now does this mean it has shooter status only. I have th BB online and it doesn't seem to allow for a shooter as far as value.
