Colt Blue label Sporter Lightweight 7.62x39?

Help! Does anyone know if a Colt "blue label" Sporter Lightweight 7.62x39 lower will work on a .556/.223 upper?

short answer...yes...i think you need a block to be in place though since the magwell is larger...or is that just with 9mm???

I'm answering my own question for the benefit of others.

Called Colt at dreppucci007's suggestion. The 7.62x39 lower is the same as a .556/.223 lower (except for the stamping). No mag blocks or part conversions needed.
