Colt Pre Ban ?

With all the crazy prices now what's a NIB Colt pre Ban AR worth. It's a Sporter Target Model 6551,early 90's, never fired with the original Manual, Sling, Cleaning kit, 2-20rd Colt mags, 2-30 rd GI mags all NIW. I think I can buy it for $1400.00,is this a good price ? Thanks in advance.

If it's NIB I think you could probably squeeze 1500 or perhaps more, depending on how desperate they are.
