Could a SCOTUS w/ CJ Kavanaugh rule the MA firearm registry (sales tracker) unConstitutional?

Kavanaugh has been willing to call BS on AWBs, but can he get four others to go along? That's going to be difficult if we keep having something that looks like a mass shooting every few month. That'll scare the justiced off. It's more likely that something like carry will show up first. Even possible Comm2A's case against Boston and Brookline. It's really the most fully formed major 2A case right now.

Sorry, but if a "mass shooting every few month(s)" scares the justices off from ruling in accordance with the 2nd amendment (and the 14th), then we don't have a damn constitution or a country!

The only way I see this coming in front of the SCOTUS is if and only if the following states begin doing the same thing: Florida. NC, Virginia, PA, Nevada, Missouri.

Nebraska could, but no one would care. Kansas just won't. Georgia ... May... Depends on how many more people flee MA and bring their shitry transnational progressive BS with them..

PA tracks all handgun sales via PICS (PA portal into NICS). There's a big database kept by the PA State Police. State courts ruled it wasn't "registration" so they keep doing that shit.
