Couple who thought "Evil is a made up idea" murdered by Muslims

I hadn't seen this, it happened a year ago, but YouTube video has some quotes from the people who actually killed them. The killers were interviewed this year.

TLDR:
A 29yo couple, vegan HUD worked and vegetarian college employee from DC, try to cycle around the world being nice to people and expecting nothing but kindness in return. They get into Tajikistan and are stabbed to death by Muslims because they are American.
I did consider adding this straight to the Darwin thread, but figured it was food enough to share as it's own story.
