So long as I meet all of the requirements of a CT Other (barrel between 12-18”, pistol brace, vertical grip and overall length of at least 26”) I am allowed to have a threaded barrel, correct? I’m starting from a stripped lower that was transferred as an other, looking to use a 14.5” threaded barrel but want to be crystal clear that the threads won’t make my Other into an AW. Thanks

No takers on my original question, how about this follow up. Is a CT other (AR platform) still a CT other if one removes the pistol brace and leaves a bare buffer tube? Recent Executive Action to come up with a proposal to make stabilizing braces an NFA item has me wondering.
