Dan Dennehy Woodsman Knife
Iconic knife maker Dan Dennehy (Jan. 15, 1923-Jan. 16, 2011) of Del Norte, CO known for his world famous DAN-D Knives and as the founder of the Knifemakers Guild. This knife was made by Dan himself bearing the Del Norte address with accompanying shamrock.
I bought the knife about 40 years ago and it has sat in a chest ever since. It’s never cut anything yet shows some green on the brass along with a slight discoloration of the handle from sitting in the sheath. I’ve chosen not to clean it up leaving it to someone more meticulous than I am.
I’m asking $500.00 for it.
