Have you been to DC in the last 5-10 years?? It is scary and a cesspool. Was working there on a project in the 'hood. Installing a solar farm. Middle of the morning a guy comes on the site waving a 38 saying how he wanted his stash and was going to kill the MF. Later that day just random gun shots in the vicinity. I Hated that place. A true shit hole. Pretty sure this bus rider was cut from the same "cloth" as the sub humans I had to deal with there.
