I'd love to be carb and sugar free. Unfortunately, doctor's orders are at least 30 grams of fiber a day. I certainly won't fit in 8 cups of broccoli a day to get that. Most of the foods with a lot of fiber are equally high in carbs.


As for buying coffee out, I'm with you. Even at Cumbie's prices, it's too much money to spend each time since it quickly adds up.
