Defensive Pistol 1.0 - Paladin Group Training
Learn the core skills needed to defend yourself with a pistol. This introductory defensive pistol class is the first step in Paladin Group Training's Defensive Pistol series.
Participants will learn:
-Safe drawing and holstering of pistol from an OWB holster
-Foundational principles of defensive shooting, including stance, grip, different sight pictures (flash, floating, focused), and more
-Defensive mindset, shooting to stop the threat, shot accountability
-Quick and efficient reloading of the pistol
-How to clear common malfunctions and quickly get back into action
-Strong-side only and support-side only shooting
-How to properly identify and shoot from cover
-Handheld flashlight techniques (weapon mounted lights optional)
