I had some parts ordered with them back last year during the firearm hype. Their customer service is terrible, kept telling me my items shipped, then were shipping, then already shipped, when in fact nothing left. I ended up canceling an $800 with them in parts because they couldn't get their acts together.
Aside from that, the quality seems to be OK. But once again they aren't one of the major players in the AR game like Bushmaster, Rock River, Noveske, Colt, etc, just another builder selling their rifles.
