Have you looked at the Samson rails made for piston AR's, they may have something that fits?? Maybe scour AR15.com for a thread about 516 rails, im sure your not the only one looking to change it out??

Thanks for the lead, I'll check it out. I do like the smooth texture of the carbon, it would be cool cerakoted
