Stateline in Mason, NH did 2 of my 1911s in a bead blasted flat blue finish and they came out well. They do a batch at a time every 3 months or so. 603 878 2854
I also understand that Rustblue Gunsmithing in Natick does all kinds of refinishing but I've never see their refinishing work. I believe the number is 508 652 0081, but try to Google it. Sergey Lyalko is the owner and did some gunsmithing for me years ago and did a good job.
