Of course, the threaded barrel and adaptor details would have to be worked out. As an example, I have an AR with both 5.56 and 6.8 uppers with adaptors to allow the Gemtech Tracker can to be used on both. Lots of folks have ARs and they could see what a can on their gun would be like. Just looking for a way around the Mass bullshit. And to have a little fun. Jack.

Yes, I’ve pointed out before that in most of Europe it is considered impolite to NOT have a moderator (their term for a silencer) on your gun. It would be like having a Harley with straight pipes here in the US.

Note the Mayors and PD have access to the Shotspotter recordings and are able to have them deleted if they so desire to help hide a crime they are helping cover up (happened in Seth Rich case in DC in 2016, as well as all body cam footage of 1st responders was deleted). Fun fact: Shotspotter records audio continually and submits the 3 seconds BEFORE the shot as well as audio after the shot.

If you’re going to enact tyranny, you need to be able catch any dissenters quickly.

When the Supreme Court refused to hear the Pennsylvania case it was the turning point for me. It wouldn’t have changed the outcome of the election but it would have held Pennsylvania accountable for not following their own election laws.

In the WaPo article below back when HPA was a thing, the dems were simultaneously kicking out dualling tweets saying silencers were going to make it hard for people to find criminals using guns because they are so quiet but also sending tweets that ear muffs and plugs were better because the silencers were really loud.

The only problem with this statement is it promulgates the fiction that it's not a defacto ban and only a tax. If it was simply a tax it would be embedded in the price of the item like FET is when you buy a gun. It's a partial ban by any objective view. What other tax are you compulsively forced to prove you paid (or are exempt from, in the case of a SOT payer) at all times to not be accused of a felony?

I don't disagree that it was a de facto ban for the poor white and black hunters that it targeted. My point was that the inclusion of silencers in the NFA of 1934 was a racist act and that rich white hunters were still able to purchase silencers even after it passed. They were never outright banned.
