If you and the buyer find a Mass FFL that is willing to do the transfer, you and the buyer are fine. "The List" only applies to FFL's.

Private party sales where the buyer and seller are from different states need to be transferred to the buyer through an FFL.
Step 1- Buyer needs to find a willing FFL
Step 2- Gun needs to be brought to the FFL by any MA LTC holder or shipped

You can't do an interstate private transfer - it must go through a dealer in the receiver's state.
So the buyer needs to find an FFL willing to transfer at least a stripped frame.
