Even the Boston Globe gets it....

Two different stances out of Globe writers.
The other one says that the laws are ineffective or even counterproductive.
This one says that the state needs more of them.

"Deaths by firearms in New Hampshire occur at twice the rate in Massachusetts; in Maine, the rate is triple." Damn - I'm moving from NH to Dorchester, where it's safer.

"According to law-enforcement records, Markoff [Craigslist killer] bought a 9mm pistol at the State Line Gun Shop in Mason, N.H., while using another man’s New York driver’s license and falsely saying he had attended college in New Hampshire."

I didn't think if that...I'll use someone else's out of state DL and claim I used to go to school in NH, and then pass a NICS check to buy a handgun not traced to me!

That article is so full of half-truths and deliberate misleading statements, I don't know where to start.
