This isn't something I would be interested in but I know there has been lots of interest in a 223 pistol here over the years.

I don't remember off hand, but does this come in under the min weight for a pistol in MA? 48oz

New Frontier is saying that they are taking phone orders and filling those as they get the inventory.

The weight is one and the handgaurd /"barrel shroud" is the other . Also the stupid ag list etc too.

Only way you'll get that in mass is if you can find a FFl that don't care about the lists.
Or if they will ship just the lower to a dealer that doesnt do fa10's on lowers/frames or one that does but will fill it out as a pistol frame and have the rest of the parts shipped to your house. That's one way to get around the ag list . Since bare frames and receivers are not guns.
