I have an FFL 03 (Curios & Relics). Am I allowed to ship firearms through the USPS? Im pretty sure non-FFL licensees are NOT allowed to use the post office to ship firearms -- they have to go UPS or FedEx.

No, only Dealers and Mfrs can use the USPO to ship handguns and they have to have special forms on file prior to using that service. Sorry 03s aren't allowed.
