firefox error

Received this message trying to access NES in firefox today (no issues using IE):

I just typed the URL (domain name) into address bar on the Firefox web browser (i.e. No search engine was used).

NES seems to be working now on Firefox, so I guess the point is moot.

Looks like your running Firefox 20. The current version is 22. I would upgrade ASAP. Also, I see a bunch of crapware toolbars that should be removed.

Try Adware Cleaner.

What they all said. Also, if you have problems, either clear your cache (under history), or hold down the shift key on keyboard and hold it while you hit reload/refresh.

Thanks for the tips -- done and done. This is my home PC, I suspect the strangleware was added by my better half

if you've got a 64 bit processor, try Waterfox. It's the 64 bit version of Firefox and seems to run some stuff better than Firefox. I've found that certain video doesn't like to run in FF but runs fine on WF.

When you install it, it takes ALL the FF info and add ons, bookmarks, etc and seamlessly installs then in FF.
