Have a lower receiver on the way. Looking at an lpk. Thinking RR or Daniel Defense. Also looking for an inexpensive upper. Can't have the evil features since the lower is post ban and I'm in MA. Any recommendations or good places to buy from?

Palmetto State Armory has a great LPK and cheap packages including stocks etc.
I bought an MOE LPK which included the Magpul stock, buffer tube, spring and buffer as well.
You can also get them with the Geissele trigger which is an insane value.
I think their uppers are also a great value and their specs show them as being quality parts.

Palmetto will not ship to MA. Or will they?
They won't ship firearms (Federal, not MA definition) to MA.
Does that mean they will ship a stripped lower receiver?
The ATF classifies them as 'other' which is neither a rifle nor a pistol.

Others are still firearms under Fed law/regs.
