FN tactical bolt rifles?

Im thinking of getting into a nice out of the box bolt rifle. Mostly for paper punching out to 600ish yards. Already have good quality glass to put on it. I was thinking of either an FN TSR or SPR A3G in .308. any of you guys happen to have one/handled one and could give me some points?

I have handled one at a local dealer. The are nice, but they are really just a Win mod 70, FN bought the patent. never shot one. Last time I saw him he had 1 left and said they are hard to get.
