Somehow, this doesn't seem to have been covered here yet.

There's a class-action suit ongoing in eastern VA wherein some 18-20 year-olds are suing FTATF for full access to their rights. Nothing is changing yet but it isn't looking good for .gov.

Kids that are that young are too immature to have handguns.

Oh, unless they're in the .mil, then they can have stuff that REALLY shoots through schools, and is belt-fed. Then it's OK.
