full auto belt fed 22lr AR

lm7

i looked into these when they were in the protoytpe
stage, actually had one on order, but was told
due to the beltfed greater than 10 round belts, it
wasn't legal in ma. too bad, preorder they were getting
around $1900.00 i've seen them on gm for $2400+
looks like a lot of fun, even in semi

If it's full auto, it's regulated by the NFA but if it's only an upper, you can have a new one. It doesn't have to be pre 86.This is not a new idea. Tippman sold .22LR semi and full auto versions of the Browning .30 cal and .22Magnum versions of the Browning .50 cal. The full auto versions are very expensive. I think they're about as expensive as a transferable M16.

full auto

this is an upper only, that can be used on a full auto lower.
so the upper by itself it not an nfa item.
they issue, as it was told, was that it would use a belt,
or links w/ a greater than 10 rnd limit. basically, it has an
unlimited ammo supply, you could link 1000+ rounds
