GE (General Electric), 10,000 btu Window Air Conditioner, was rated as one of the best when I purchased. (which was why I purchased it) Works great, excellent condition, always stripped down and cleaned at the end of each season, really pumps the cold out. 3 cooling and 3 fan speeds. Fully programable with timer, etc. Will fit Windows 25"- 36" wide, minimum 15" height. Used only 5 seasons.
Only reason we are selling is we have switched over to a different cooling system. Can demonstrate on site if needed. Comes with original box and remote control. One of the best ACs I have ever owned.
Keep in mind the new ACs today are rated on a different standard. A 10,000 BTU AC new today is really only 6000-8000 Btu depending on the company. This AC is pure 10,000 Btu old standard of measuring Btu's.
