Get mechanical or electronic lock for (SnapSafe) safe?

I'm thinking about making an order for a SnapSafe, and am wondering, should I get the mechanical lock or the electronic keypad lock? Anyone have useful experience to share?

Never trust a third piece of technology when 2 will do fine. (2 = your fingers and the combination) and write down the combination someplace you won't forget.
