I have the 3.5 in mine. Installed it about a week ago. Ran it at the range and really like it. (FYI, I put the smooth trigger in at the same time)
I only have about 200+ rounds through the Gen 4 so far. But night and day with the Ghost in there.

well...I'm kind of an idiot. I think I messed up the trigger spring they sent (long story, I'm a retard), so I have the original Glock spring in it. I measured it at 4.25#
The reset is shorter, and crisp. I'm happy with it. I may pickup a 3.5 spring and give it a go and measure it again to see what it gives me. Just waiting until I place an order somewhere so the shipping isn't stupid for a $5 spring. I could also spend some time and do some polishing, I just haven't done it yet. I think it would only get better.
For comparison, I have a gen 2.5 G26 that I use for carry so I've left the trigger alone. The pull on that is 8#.![[shocked]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/007.gif "Shocked [shocked]")
