How do you know you are out of privates? How does the state know you are out of privates?The only current requirement for a private transfer that you are capable of satisfying is to validate the recipients license. FA10s are not a thing (the new law removed all references). The new EFRS (electronic firearms registration system) compliant with 121B has not been implemented yet. So validate license and sell the gun. No other paperwork is legally required at this time.
