Hey guys, Does anyone have experience with the new timberwolf glock frame or even the CCF race frame? I am interested in the new Timberwolf frame from Lone Wolf. The problem is i have a Gen 2 Glock 22. They are made for Gen 3's. The guy from lone wolf told me most of the parts in the slide will work minus the striker and one other part and he said i may have issues with the receiver. So im debating just doing new receiver parts. I am curious if anyone has gotten these frames yet?

Thanks

I don't believe the LW frames are available yet. Your best bet it just replace the internal parts. The most expensive part it the the striker at about $30 everything else is pretty cheap.

yea the lone wolf frames are avail. i just like the new options. i want the rail and i love the way i could change the grip angle. But again id basically have to upgrade everything to gen 3 parts plus the cost of the frame. i might as well build a custom glock haha

I did some rough numbers on what it would cost to build a Glock from scratch using one of these frames (buying all the other parts etc). You're better off buying a Glock at inflated MA prices [sad2]

oh i know its crazy if you were to build a glock from nothing. i can buy a gen 4 in MA. i just thought that i could take my gen 2 glock 22 and throw it with that frame. i was wrong its only for gen 3 glocks. which is dumb because i figured they would make em for gen 1 and 2 for the guys looking to upgrade their older frame.
