OK, OK before you chastise me and send me over to other Glock sites- I already check them out and there isn't info on this particular prefix.
The story is that I had a very early G23 serial prefix AAL (March 1992). I thought it had some frame issues with some of the polymer chipping off where the recoil spring rested against the frame and the frame rails (polymer). I sent it back to Glock and they replaced it with a whole another G23, this one with the updated metal rails.
I'm curious to see when this was made. Obviously it's a rebuilt, refinished pre-98 as the frame is 2nd gen has some subtle wear. Other than that it looks new and they sent 2 13rd mags with a new box, cleaning tools and an extended slide release. Thanks Glock! **Edited to say that all the serial number match, barrel frame and slide all sport the same serial. This is not a mix-master. Although I do believe the barrel has been re-crowned.
The prefix is CNCxxx I'm looking to see the born on year and if this was some sort of police trade in or some civilian piece that was sent in and re-claimed, Any ideas?
