Agree 100%. If Brandon keeps it up, SCOTUS hopefully will rule against him over and over again.
Both federal district court judges in North Dakota were appointed by trump and the 8th circuit court of appeals has 11 judges, 6 w bush appointed, 1 Obama, 4 trump.
It’s a good circuit to file it, the district court judge will probably issue a national injunction immediately while the case proceeds. I hope they coordinate with FPC, the 2nd amendment foundation and others .
