All applicants must be of legal Residence of Massachusetts with a Valid Massachusetts Class A or Class B License to Carry.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another party and the winner must be the person who redeems prizes. Photo ID will be required as proof of identity.
If prize winner is denied transfer per NICS background check, a new winner will be drawn. No substitutions will be permitted.
Prize must be redeemed no later than 30 days after the drawing. After 30 days a new winner will be drawn. Employees and affiliates are not permitted to enter the drawing.
