MAINE GOP WINS BOTH HOUSES OF LEGISLATURE

AUGUSTA- The Maine Republican Party has taken control of both houses of the state legislature.

In an historic repudiation of nearly four decades of Democrat policy, the latest returns show Republicans reaching 20 seats in the Senate and at least 76 seats in the House, establishing firm majority control of both bodies.

"The people of Maine has risen up and taken back control of their government," said Maine GOP Chair Charlie Webster. "We are humbled by the opportunity to finally lead our state into a new era of prosperity."

"We couldn't be more proud of the hundreds of volunteers and supporters that worked tirelessly to make this happen," said Maine GOP Executive Director Christie-Lee McNally. "This was truly a grassroots victory for the working people of Maine."

I sent this to all Maine media and they still aren't reporting it during their live broadcasts. Fricken crickets...

And new GOP Governor LePage has an Aq rating from the National Rifle Association! Wahooo!

The news media keeps saying Maine went red, while the legislature and governor are red, the US reps are still Blue and the US senators might as well be blue.

Very good news, however so long as liberals are buried in like ticks in Portland and other moonbat factories, no rights are guaranteed.

I just may visit Me more often now.
