There's more than one "military round" in use.

M193 is typically 55 gn.
M855 is typically 62 gn.
MK262 mod 1 is typically 77 gn.

So, the answer is, it depends. There's also an "pure AP" round which
probably has its own weight, but it's pretty rare and made of unobtainium,
even in military circles.

And FWIW, these are all considered "5.56 NATO" loadings and not .223
rem. There is a difference, albeit minor. 556 NATO is higher pressure
and the dimension/headspace specs may be a tad different.
