Great service from Kel Tec

After calling to order a safety spring/detent set that magically flew away during some recent maintenance, the guy at Kel Tec said he was sending them to me for free. He also said they lose them all the time during repairs.
Days later I get 2 sets along with clips.

I had great service when i called for parts for my p-11, they sent them for free also.
I have heard stories in other forums with disgruntled customers for service, but i think for the most part they are good.
