I believe is the upstairs .22 only range. MRA names it ranges after people - presumably long dead members of some standing.

Fred Fazio was a longtime Secretary of the club and an all around great guy. I remember him fondly. There‘s a photo of him on the wall in the hallway headed up to the range.

Correct, Fazio is the 2nd floor of the clubhouse. Before its renovation 5 years or so ago, it was dark and nasty. Now its bright, has a state of the art ventilation system. Its .22 LR max. (so cb caps, .22 short, .22 long, but nothing else).

Newer club members should realize that many of these people who are todays old guys at the club spent much time in their youthful years ago the club, and used to be the ones humping rocks at work parties, climbing ladders, etc. Chances are something you use at the club was built by one of these geezers. I'm not quite old enough to sign up for curmudgeon lessons, but am old enough that I remember meeting one of our now adult members when he was one day old. I even came up with his middle name that his father loved so much he actually used ("Cooper"). He was destined for membership the day he was born.

Not shutting down entirely but the Leominster Sportsmen's Association board is once again bending to the whims of Charlie the COVID Goon.

Not giving them a pass but it must be noted that the Leominster BOH are threating douche nozzles and the club may have a rat problem (apologies to rodents).

TRAP & SKEET UPDATE
Governor Baker's amended "Temporary capacity and gathering limits" orders "Where no licensed or permitted capacity allowance is on record...occupancy shall be limited to no more than 5 persons per 1,000 square feet."
This translates into a capacity of two people for the range building and so on the recommendation of the Committee Chair, Trap & Skeet will be closed beginning December 27th 2020 through January 3rd 2021.
Keep the faith, and always remember: Armed we are citizens; unarmed we are subjects.

Reading the last line prompts me to think the author has no sense of irony.

Air gun pellets (.17 and .22, no BB's) .22 rimfire short, long, long rifle, and WRF. The Winchester rimfire is the largest caliber that can be fired on the Fazio.

BBs bounce when they hit but the pellets are soft lead and don't ricochet as much.
