They will simply ban it and dare the Court to say it falls under the term "arms." They did this with stun guns, talking about how they'd be used for rape and so on. It's utterly predictable, as has been said already in this thread about the other creeping ban trend.I honestly think that sooner rather than later someone somewhere could develop some sort of weapon that doesn’t at all fit the mold of “firearm”. When that happens it will be interesting to see how lawmakers scramble to address it.
