You don’t even need millions. SCOTUS said in Caetano that 200,000 stun guns were enough to say they were in common use. We’re way past the common use threshold at this point.“In common use” is ths standard set by DC vs Heller, right? How many millions of ARs constitute “common use”?
Per Caetano less than 200k tazers were sufficient to be in "common use"“In common use” is ths standard set by DC vs Heller, right? How many millions of ARs constitute “common use”?
Those people who say that over the Internet which didn't exist in the 1700s lmaoThose who claim that 2A was aimed at possessing a musket forget that a musket was the 'assault weapon' of that era

Late last night a fed appellate judge overturned the injunction, so the ban is back in place. And the drama continues apace.Mass is very good at suppressing suppressing firearms.
