Has anyone tried Grace Ammo?

So today I heard about a new site called graceammo.com. They seem to have some decent prices on ammo, but it seems to be remaufactured. Has anyone used this ammo before? If so how is it?

Also their prices look pretty steep. $350 for .223 is expensive for new manufacture let alone reloads.
