Have anyone see one of these rifles?

I picked this gun up on Friday. Just wondering if anyone else has seen one of these? I want to see if you all can identify this gun. It is a .44mag pump action rifle. It has a 4 round detachable mag or you can use a M1 carbine mag, but it only loads single stack. So lets see if you can tell what it is.

it is a .44 mag by universal my boss has one that he has had for over 30 years but he cant find a value on it how much did you pay
